Bei Games Workshop zeigte man nicht nur Humor, sondern betrieb auch einen ordentlichen Aufwand. Der Linkshänderpinsel würde uns aber dann doch eher überraschen.

Bei Hysterical Games wurde zum Panzerfäuste LARP geladen:

We have teamed up with Mad’s Army WW2 Re-enactment group to create a unique LARP experience in the world of PANZERFÄUSTE!

Players will spend all weekend outdoors in a fox hole dug in Ufules Wood near Hysterical HQ Kenilworth receiving the ultimate PANZERFÄUSTE experience you have only dreamed of. Dress up as an Orc, Dwarf*, Gnome** or Zombi*** and see if you can survive 48 hours on the battlefields of The Land.

We will supply your re-enactment kit, mask/fake beard (as appropriate) and a supply of bully beef/bratwurst/escargot/raw meat as appropriate to the race you and your friends decide to play.

Obviously the ULTIMATE PANZERFÄUSTE experience does not come cheap but we have negotiated with Mad’s Army a bargain discounted price of £5,000 per player, minimum teams of eight.

Places are extremely limited so make sure your reserve your place by sending a large pile of cash immediately by carrier pigeon to Hysterical HQ and we’ll send you more instructions from our new HQ in the Bahamas…

Warlord Games kündigten neue Sicherheitsbestimmungen für Modelle an:

New EU regulations are soon to come into force which require us to make all products in bendy plastic as of 2017 – due to a dramatic increase in the number of reported injuries sustained by hobbyists while working with metal, resin, and hard plastic model kits.

As such, Warlord Games are happy to oblige and we’re proud to announce that – throughout the rest of 2016, we will re-tool all of our existing ranges from their current metal, resin, and hard plastic composition – to the new user-friendly, EU-approved soft plastic.

Further, all pointy bits (such as spears, knives, bayonets etc) will be required to have any sharp or pointed ends rounded-off in order to prevent serious injury. Makes sense to us, and comes as something of a relief – the Warlord staff having endured decades of callous-building from seemingly endless, torturous run-ins with lethally sharp pike blocks…

Etwas überraschend kam heute die Ankündigung von GW das schon im Mai Warhammer Classic erscheinen soll. Über Preise und den genauen Inhalt der neuen/alten Warhammer Fantasy Box ist noch nichts bekannt.
