Northstar: Leo Trotzki
Northstar Miniatures haben eine neue Miniatur welche Leo Trotzki/Leon Trotzky darstellt aus der „Giants in Miniature“ Reihe von Wargames Illustrated in ihren Shop aufgenommen.
Leon Trotsky may be better known for his political work, but was also the first Head of the Red Army. He recognised the fundamental problems with its organisation and set about creating a more efficient system of discipline, conscription and the use of training to create a better force, just in time for the Russian Civil War. He introduced the Political Commissar system into the Red Army, which grew to 3,000,000 under his guidance. He often visited the front line, where his oratorical skills and strategic sense instilled confidence in those placed under his command. He was not averse to taking part in some aspects of operations and was able to maintain an excellent awareness of what was happening across the field of battle.

Wenn schon Klugscheißen, dann bitte richtig. Auf Deutsch wird auch der Nachname anders geschrieben. 😉
Warum eigentlich nicht.
Auch wenn die Mini jetzt eine historische Figur darstellt, kann man sie doch ohne weiteres auch als normalen Kommissar in einer 28mm WW Ii Sovjettruppe verwenden. Ist auf jeden Fall optisch ein Charakterkopf und eine schöne Miniatur.
Denke auch, dass der Verwendungszweck da recht flexibel ist. Mini macht nen guten Eindruck zu einem fairen Preis.
Hmmm….ich stehe ja nicht so auf historische Persönlichkeiten in einer sehr schwierigen (zumindest aus meiner Sicht) Zeit.
Wofür kann man denn eine solche Figur benutzen?
Wer damit keine Probleme hat, freut sich sicherlich. Allerdings kommt mir Herr Trotzki etwas seltsam proportioniert vor.

Genossen Trotzki werd ich mir wohl zulegen müssen. Auch wenn ich die Figur eher für so richtig schundige Pulp Spiele einsetzten werde.
