Warzone: Neue Einheiten im Fokus
Prodos stellen auch weiter Einheiten für Warzone vor.
The bulk of the Brotherhood’s fighting forces are provided by a large body known simply as the troopers. These units fulfill a wide variety of roles, their tasks being far more varied than the line soldiers of the Megacorporations. The Brotherhood maintains extensive holdings across the Inner Worlds, all of which must constantly be guarded against the attentions of Heretics and so even the smallest shrine is likely to be protected by a squad of Brotherhood Troopers. The massive Cathedrals are host to entire legions of troopers and serve as much as military bases as they do centers of worship.
Unlike the dead arisen Undead Legionnaires, the beings that have become necromutants have been subjected to the dark necrotechnology while still alive. As such they maintain a level of intelligence, albeit a malignantly mutated and evil one.
Having been captured in battle, living captives are brought into the mechanised distortion chambers at the heart of the Dark Citadels. Through an unholy process the very structures of the victim’s muscles are changed and the creature’s basic genetic code is rewritten. The result is a soldier with nearly perfect combat abilities.
Necromutants retain some activity in their brains and are capable of taking initiative on their own. They also retain a part of their original personality. The small remains of human creativity in the Necromutants make them perfect commanders for small groups of Undead Legionnaires.
The culture of the Mishima Corporation is founded on honour and martial pride. Mishiman citizens are fanatical about their status within society and the honour it brings; it is core to their being and sense of self. If one falls from grace or loses status they may find themselves a Ronin Samurai. Such occurrences are frequent and are often beyond the control of the individual in question. If or when a liege-lord and his entire fiefdom are destroyed, for example, in war or by the actions of a rival lord, the surviving, but masterless Samurai are scattered. Some complete ritual suicide, an act known as seppuku. Others become Ronin Samurai. Many other Samurai find themselves without honour for all manner of reasons, most common of all is war. Sometimes a Bushido Samurai may be dismissed from service for acting dishonourably, with cowardice or with disregard to the procedures of war.

Klasse Modelle….muss ich immer wieder sagen. Manchmal machen die mich beim kleben verrückt aber nichts was ein wenig Zeit und nen Bier nicht erledigen können. Ätzend ist nur wie die uns Kickstarter Bakers behandeln…. keine Antworten auf Mails, keine Informationen über die zweite Welle etc…. Sollten die das bald ordentlich schaffen, dann steht auch einem neuen Einkauf beim Fantasyladen nichts im Weg.
Falls Prodos die irgendwann mal beliefert….. Dort steht alles noch „auf Zulauf“….:-)
über die homepage habe ich sofort am gleichen tag (samstag) eine antwort erhalten. probier es doch mal darüber^^
momentan scheint prodos alles aus den händen gerissen zu werden oder die haben nix auf lager 😀
wenn das irgendwann mal lieferbar ist, dann schlage ich zu.
Also die Modelle im ersten Bild sind wirklich Hammer….
Ich hoffe Prodos machen ihr versprechen war in dem sie die Regeln auf Deutsch bringen und das bald ein neues Buch mit neuen Einheiten kommen.

Ich finde die Krieger der Brotherhood richtig super. Irgendwie erinnern die vom Rüstungsdesign her ein wenig an die Modelle der Algoryn für Beyond the Gates of Antares, nur ist alles irgendwie filigraner und moderner…
Gerade mit Blick auf Warzone verstehe ich nicht, warum Warlord bei Antares am Zinn-Verfahren festhält…
Sehr filigran teilweise zum aus der haut fahren;) wie oft ein Arm an mein Finger kleben oder so unfassbar.

Ich bin gerade schon am überlegen, ob ich die Brotherhood-Trooper für Infinity benutze, um mich etwas weniger mit dem von mir verhassten Metall rumschlagen zu müssen. Gibt ja leider nicht viele passende Prox-Möglichkeiten und die hier wirken filigran genug.
Ach so, das ist alles Resin. Ui, das finde ich schon spannend. Tolle Minis, im übrigen.
