Bei Forge World gibt es wieder neues Spielzeug für die Diener des Imperiums.
Imperial Fists Contemptor Dreadnought: 34,00 Pfund (ohne Arme)
When warriors of the VIIth Legion fall in battle, the strongest and fiercest who still cling to life may be interred within the armored sarcophagus of a mighty Contemptor Dreadnought. Though their body may be shattered they fight on, their centuries of battlefield experience a boon in the war against the enemies of Mankind.
Bearing sigils and markings of its Legion, this Imperial Fists Contemptor Dreadnought can carry a wide array of ranged and close combat weapons to battle. Contemptor Dreadnoughts may be taken in Legiones Astartes armies in Horus Heresy games using the rules presented in The Horus Heresy Book One – Betrayal and The Horus Heresy Legiones Astartes: Crusade Army List. They can also be taken as part of a Space Marine army in standard games of Warhammer 40,000 for which the rules can be found in Imperial Armour Volume Two – War Machines of the Adeptus Astartes, Second Edition.
Leman Russ Incinerator: 57,00 Pfund
In support of the infantry of the Solar Auxilia, Leman Russ Assault squadrons are heavily armoured and carry short-ranged but devastating weapons. The Leman Russ Incinerator mounts a twin-linked volkite demi-culverin, a powerful weapon from the Dark Age of Technology that can tear through infantry squads with ease.
This unit may be taken as part of a Solar Auxilia army. The rules for these units can be found in The Horus Heresy Book Four – Conquest.
Veletaris Storm Section: 40,00 Pfund
Veletaris Storm Sections form part of the Solar Auxilia’s Infantry Tercios. They are skilled and dedicated warriors, issued with the most potent weaponry and tasked with the most arduous of battlefield missions. Their discipline is unparalleled within the cohorts of the Solar Auxilia and their firepower can overwhelm even the most fearsome of enemies.
Equipped with volkite chargers and encased in reinforced void armour, this unit may be taken as part of an Infantry Tercio in a Solar Auxilia army. Their can be found in The Horus Heresy Book Four – Conquest.

Der Panzer is als Kommandopanzer ja fast ein muss, so beeindruckend sieht das ding aus =S
Der Contemptor sieht wie immer gut aus. Mittlerweile hat Forge World dieses Design aber auch mit einer sehr großen Optionenpalette versehen.
Der Leman Russ gefällt auch. Das Geschütz soll ja aus dem Dunklen Zeitalter der Technologie stammen und so sieht es auch entsprechend modern aus, verglichen mit dem restlichen imperialen Design.
Alles wieder sehr schick. Wünschenswert wäre mal wieder ein Release ausserhalb der HH
Die Abdeckung an der Laserkanone die vorn am Rumpf montiert ist, empfinde ich als sehr stimmiges Detail. Gewiss auch eine pragmatische Lösung für den Designer des Modells aber auch nicht Sinnfrei.
Es ist nicht sinnfrei das da in der Mitte des Panzers eine Stelle nur mit Leder oder Stoff geschützt ist? An einem Front 14 Fahrzeug? Optisch siehts ja gut aus keine Frage aber doch das ist sinnfrei.
Diese „Leder“blenden gab es tatsächlich und dienten als Staub/Dreck und Feuchtigkeitsschutz,
Die eigentliche Panzerung der Geschützblende lag darunter und wurde von der Abdeckung verborgen.
Das Mars Alpha Model hat die Abdeckung so seit seiner Markteinführungen in den frühen 2000ern, ist also auch bei FW nicht wirklich neu.
Der Incinerator ist eines dieser Designs bei denen ich glatt schwach werden könnte. Bis mir wieder einfällt wie öde sich 40K mittlerweile spielt.
Ja der panzer sieht recht gut aus für einen russ. Die Taucher sind leider meh und contemptoren sind eigentlich immer gut, bis auf IF 😉
