Bright Friday

Von sechs Firmen gibt es eine Gegenaktion zu Black Friday. Vom 29. November bis zum 2. Dezember spenden BrokenToad, Massive Miniatures, Robot Rocket Miniatures, Kaha Miniatures Journeyman Miniatures und Black Sun Miniatures 10% aller Verkäufe an das Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice anstatt Rabatte zu geben.

November has crept up on us again and soon the dreaded Black Friday will be among us, However, as our existing customers know, BrokenToad doesn’t believe in Black Friday. For a start we are British, but more importantly we feel it is a selfish excuse of a ‚holiday‘ that has gotten way too out of hand over the past few years. In place of this, a few years ago, we introduced an initiative we call Bright Friday where rather than offering money off we pledge 10% of all sales on that day to charity and this year we are going to be doing the exact same thing, from 29th of November to 2nd of December BrokenToad will donate 10% of all store sales to local charity Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice. This is an independent registered Charity providing palliative, respite and end of life care to babies and infants aged from birth to 5 years suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, it’s a great cause and all of the money will go to very good use here to help some families enjoy what may be their last Christmas together.

Just like last year we are extremely lucky to have some other industry friends join us on our mission, I hope you can help us make this year even more successful than last year and make a different to deserving people who could really do with some positive in their lives.
